After a year of no issues, something happened and my setting for short poll got set too low and I hit limit.

They deactivated my API because I did not realize for a few days.

So I created a new API.  24 hours later that was restricted.  

So I tried another and it wont let me create one.  I tried on cellular and it works.  This confirmed they blocked my IP.

For now I upgraded the account but it is 45 a month or 40 if you pay for a year.  I CANT AFFORD THAT.

The upgrade does give you tech support so I emailed them and asked if they can do something to work with me.

Anyone else have any experience with this.  

I have a problem with Weatherbit, no more weather update.

2. Somehow my Polls got set back to default.  So since yesterday when I updated it never updated forecast.  Still shows Thursday as 0 day and Friday as 1 day when today is friday so it should be Friday as 0 and Saturday as 1.   I updated the polls to the 1800 or whatever it said for the free acount but it may be a bug.  I will PM you my logs because it has my Key, but it is failing Query on Forecast and Query is what you added.  And strange it worked fine until I did the update.

So I have a daily weather email I send to family in friends.  Today I noticed the TODAY forecast was yesterdays and Day 1 was today's. 

It runs at 9am.

So I went in and confirmed the Day 0 was yesterday still and day 1 was today, Did a query and it updated.

I said, easy fix.  at 8:59 have it do a query and then at 9am have it send the email. 

Query is not in programs.  Can you add please?

Since 1 month, I have a problem with Weatherbit day 0. I do not have any info, but the forecasts not problem with the info.

I have reinstalled the app, connection, ... always the same problem.

For info , I have changed short poll 3600 to 7200, long poll 7200 to 10600 just in case.

I have a Polisy running IoX 5.6.2, and PG3x v3.1.31.  The same behavior I will describe has also happened on earlier PG3x v3.1.28.

I have an irrigation system that runs before sunrise, and I have programs that uses climate data from the Weatherbit Node as conditions to run the irrigation system.  I have a free Weatherbit subscription, so my polling is set to 1800 and 43200 per the guidance.  The Nodeserver returns the day of the week very infrequently, sometimes once per day, and frequently late in the morning after my irrigation program runs, so the day is frequently wrong when it runs.  Other data coming in from the Weatherbit updates every 30min as expected.

I determined the above using the log feature of the IoX, because the PG3x logging does not appear to be operating correctly for me.  There is no log data in the log window, if I set the logging to "error" and download the log package, I get the attached.  One file has not updated since yesterday, possibly when I set the log from info to error, but I can't be sure because I did not note the specific time yesterday when I changed the logging to error.

I've rebooted Polisy and PG3x a few times.

Any insight would be appreciated to learn if the day polling frequency is as expected?  And if the PG3x logging behavior is as expected?

... and any other advice that might help me...

Have been using the PG2 version of Weatherbit for quite some time now....I noticed today it stopped updating with the above error message.  I bought the PG3 module and installed it, but am still getting this message (and nothing updating) as per below:

API keys from either do not work. and I am getting a message in the WeatherBit Configuration tab "Climacell/Tomorrow.io location must be set"

There does not seem to be any mention of this setting in the documentation.

Any Help on this?

Since 2 weeks (more or less) I have noted a problem of communication or update with Weatherbit and ISY Polisy 5.4.4.

Last week, I have stopped & restarted the node server, it was ok. But Today, same problem (see pics). I can not use anymore my programs with weatherbit.

Statut in Polyglot is connected for weatherbit & climacell.

Today I have decided to buy Climacell, but I have the same problem.

I presume that on the free weather service accounts, Weather Bit and other public weather servers, they will restrict polling intervals for IP identified requests.

I have a Tempest for most of my weather data, but still pull in WB and OW for the winds (sheltered location) and forecasts.

I'm not concerned with Weatherflow of course, but for WB & OW Is the polling interval that the weather service sees, determined by what happens in an IoP program, or is the polling interval determined and set in the PG3 node?

I don't need the forecast at any rapid intervals, every 6hrs is fine, just want to be sure I'm not locking myself out to up-to-date data at random if for example the punitive lock outs are for 24 or 48 hrs.
