Moved last month, alarm is now DSC Neo, so purchased the EnvisaLInk 4MAX with the UNO4 Zone Expander (needed for EyezOn to communicate with the DSC Neo).

Now when I installed the EnvisaLink-DSC on my PG3x (version 3.4.18), it shows the plugin cannot connect to the EnvisaLInk device and to check the network and Custom Configuration.

My network doesn't appear to be the issue, as I can open the EnvisaLink web page (192.168.10.149), so I'm assuming I must have missed something with the configration.

I tried leaving the zones at the default of 8, but according to EyezOn, it won't report zones on the DSC Neo so I then tried with 0 as the setting, still no success.

It did not do this in past so I'm guessing the latest PG3X update may have conflict with plugin. Can anyone else confirm issues after a reboot that has latest update installed.

I trigger routines for arm/disarm mostly.  Not sure I will get that status without full bus integration.

Question, my IOX log file is overwhelmed with the number of DSC-Envisalink events, to the point where it's difficult to find other events in the file.

Is there anyway to turn off or suppress Envisalink the logs with something link Info, Critical, Debug etc.

Anyway, I had to shorten password to 6 characters and now it connects.

However, I have two partitions setup and a zone connected to a keypad and neither of those are showing up.  I know that they can be controlled/queried because nodelink worked with all of that.  

Does this node not have the capacity to see these things or do I need to do something?

EDIT: Also using the command outputs.  but am not have any success.  There is an "activate" but no "deactivate".  I need to be able to turn the toggle the output on and off.

EDIT 2:  OK, it looks like the button "activate output" toggles the output.  But the status always says "active" once you have hit the button the first time and never changes after that.

EDIT 3:  Also, I have noticed that the partition state is not updating to "ready".  For example, I armed the system, it changed to "exit delay", then I disarmed the system, and it continued to say "exit delay".  I then opened a door and it changed to "not ready", I closed the door, and it still says "not ready".

EDIT 4: Also not getting the last arming/disarming user.  I armed then disarmed it from the keypad and it continue to say "0".

Just FYI, thanks for creating this NS, I am replacing NodeLink as operation is getting erratic.

• GPV state (driver) added to Panel node to track the plugin's status,
• "Ready - Forced Arming Enabled" message from a partition now handled the same as "Ready" messages,
• Partition nodes send "Partition Arm" (DON3) and "Partition Disarm" (DOF3) commands for partition arm and disarm, respectively,
• the maximum length of the password was increased 10 characters (works on EVL4 only), and
• descriptive names were added to the driver list in the PG3 Dashboard.

I've been using Nodelink to interface to my alarm panel.  I noticed that ioguy's website is gone so I'm thinking it might be time to move on.  Does your NS allow for control of the output pins?  Based on what I read I don't think so but I wanted to confirm with you.

I am wanting to add name substitutions for the various panel status values for notifications but I have not been able to locate what the various node definitions map to in the admin console. 

For instance, GVO sends its value to what slot in the admin console on the Alarm Panel page?

I have figured out that ST maps to System Alarm State but I could use all the rest.

Any help would be appreciated.

However I noted the PG3 plugins area of the store, it still shows something I can purchase and install (ie not installed).

I did note that upon node initialization the main partition and zones 1 - 8 were created in PG3.  Only 4 physical zones are actually used.

The main problem is our wireless window sensors zones 17 and 18 are missing. These wireless sensors were added well after the original DSC installation because a window replacement mistakenly deleted the wiring to the original sensors zones 5 and 6.

Is there anyway to correct this by adding zone 17 and 18?

I noticed a warning in plug-in log that this plug-in is using some deprecated stuff. Is it just a reporting issue? If not, will it be upgraded to remain compatible? Is it at or near end of life/support? What's the impact of this?

Walked to counter and picked up my phone to see texts that devices can't communicate to cloud (Flume, Ring, and Envisalink among them). Turns out the cable modem lost connection last night.  I rebooted it and saw texts for things being back online and confirmed it was good. 

With that fixed, I looked at the Hot Water Pump issue.  First thing I looked at was the Envisalink node server which was showing online for about 17 minutes which is about the time since I left the equipment rack from restarting cable modem.  Could it be that even though the Envisalink device is local control that if the sidekick cellular backup is invoked that the Envisalink will stop communicating locally via wired IP?

I'll likely enter an issue with them but wanted to seek any knowledge and advice from other users using same tech as me.

I have 2 system setup. One is working flawless and the other has issues on and off.  I though there may be issues with the envisalink so I ordered a new one but it remains the same.  It sometimes will not start - it retrieves the system (all nodes etc so it must be talking to the envisalink) but when it comes to panel1 it states there is no connection - some times it manages to get by this state and I will work ok
