    How to factory reset ISY and PLM for ebay sale

    Hi guys I am selling my ISY994 Pro IR with PLM on Ebay. I had a network plugin module and the portal setup. How do I factory reset it so all my secure data is wiped? Here is what I have done: 1. Formatted SD card - but it did not complete successfully - it just hung in telnet for at least 10 minutes. A folder with my name still shows up in the webserver file/folder list. Not sure how to wipe that. 2. Manually deleted all devices, programs, variables, network resources from the java portal 3. reset the username/password to admin/admin 4. reset the IP address to DHCP
