my computer is unable recognize isy994i using firefox / win 10 with java 8 (cache cleared) getting app error message: classnotfound exception! com.universaldevices.client.ur.udclientapplet.class help please I'm getting no where and I've been working on this for 2 days I'm trying to install with an insteon PLM serial 2413s but it is NOT connected to the isy yet. i have downloaded the admin.jnlp to the desktop but it will not open to anything. i have tried to open on firefox (47.0.2) https://www.universal-devices.com/99i and after the java does it's swirling circle, that is when I get the above error message. any advice? all I want to do is replace my insteon hub that has yet again died and I sick and tired of it doing that! I read that this is the wonder toy! Thank you all for your time! I do appreciate it!!!
