Solutions

  1. dobenland's post in ISY Finder : Not Found was marked as the answer   
    OK ... after spending much time trying to debug ... I uninstalled Java, reinstalled Java, Used the Java Uninstall Tool, ran CCleaner registry cleaner, reinstalled Java, snoozed the firewall, finally I completely exited the firewall and the ISY is working. 
    I restarted the firewall and added the ISY IP address to the firewall and now ISY is working just fine.
    So it was the firewall all along ... not sure how the firewall got changed.
    Thanks for the help.
