Solutions

  1. mullercentral's post in IoX Finder finds it but also pops up "Not found" was marked as the answer   
    cleaned cache again, but this time, I rebooted my laptop first, and then ran https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp,
    rather than my previous local download of it. All good now.
