Cannot connect to EISY after factory reset
I was making some program edits for the first time in ages when it logged me out automatically. I was caught in a perpetual connecting to the subscription (or something similar). After waiting a long time and trying several times, I did a hard restart of the EISY by holding in the blue button until it turned red and then pushed again to start it. Could not see it in the launcher after this. The UD app showed a notification of updating software and to not disconnect power. (That would have been good info before I restarted it). Tried just about everything a novice can do. Cannot connect through portal. Tried lots of suggestions in the forum. Did a complete factory reset (pushed button 10 times). I assume it reset, but nothing happened to the lights from this. Need help, please.

Ecobee reverting back to Home settings due to motion
I am trying to use Geofence in UD Mobile with my EISY to set my Ecobee3 to Climate Type "Away" (64 deg for example) when I'm gone. When I return, I would like the Climate Type to change to "Home" (70 deg for example). This all works. The issue is if I change the thermostat manually at the Ecobee to 72 deg and the thermostat sees motion in front of it, it restores back to the "Home" set temperature of 70 deg. I have tried hold indefinitely, hold next, and a host of other things. I've even tried to put electrical tape over what I thought was the motion sensor on the Ecobee, but that did not work. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Insteon Sensors with Elk M1 and EISY
Follow up. After restarting the EISY a few times, the zones started showing up in my device list, and I can now write "trigger" status to the zones from EISY. I'm not sure why they didn't show up the first few days and few times I restarted and connected to ELK, but problem solved for now. Thanks.

Insteon Sensors with Elk M1 and EISY
I was afraid that would be the answer for this, and I would have to buy and (even worse) install all new sensors. As for now, how would you use a program for ELK to trigger an input? I can't seem to find a way...even if it's not the best solid way.

Insteon Sensors with Elk M1 and EISY
I'm in over my head, but I'm learning a lot an enjoying all that I can do with EISY. Next is to get my dozen Insteon sensors to work with my new ELK alarm system. I purchased the PG3 Elk node, and I have it synchronized with EISY. I just cannot figure out how to make my Insteon sensors into inputs for the ELK zones. I'm certain I am missing something simple, but I cannot find it on forums anywhere.
