I tried changing them to a status (is that what you meant by STATE?) and no change. My insteons look like this: With an Off program like this: I tried that with the Zooz zen32 button 1 switch and they turn on OK. However they will not turn off. I changed it to status, but no luck. New version looks like this. I just looked at the the status and I noticed the button status is not changing to off. It stays on.

Hey everyone, I am new to adding Z-wave to my eisy and generally it all has worked well. I added a ZEN32 5 button switch and I can turn things on with the scene buttons (executing programs) but can't turn them off. With Insteon this was pretty straightforward but with Zooz devices, there appears to be no control to turn things "off", just an option to "not turn on" (which doesn't work). Is there parameter I am supposed to change? The Zooz instructions (attached) are clear as mud to me so far. Any help would be much appreciated. Finally fixed it after going through it with support. Basically did everything I had done before again in the order: Restored EISY from a previous ISY994i backup (again). Restored PLM (again) Ran the File: Restore devices (again). That fixed everything after I reconnected all the wireless devices.

Thanks Geddy. I don't see any communication events from any device when I turn them on/off/fast on/fast off. I'll raise a ticket.

An example:

All, I did so more troubleshooting and the programs run that a re triggered by time etc. However, the programs by an event from a device will not. For example a switch that if double clicked, turns on another light.

Thanks DennisC, I tried all that and nothing worked. I noticed that if I run the "then" on the programs, they work. Looking at the event viewer, it seems that the eisy is not seeing an event coming from the switches, i'll try restoring the PLM.

I completed my migration from an isy994 to eisy. Devices are linked and controllable, amazon talks to them ok, but no programs will run including new test ones I create. Any ideas? Thanks.
