  1. I don't currently have access to the house now with a network/router. I can be at the house physically, but without a router connected I have no way to run the ISY admin UI and examine what's going on or make ISY configuration changes. The program only referenced other linked Insteon devices in the same home; primarily Switchlink devices that controlled lighting loads. 2. Yes -- I'm leaving it because there are many switches and outlets and timed schedules using it. I think "all off" was the only actual program being used. The other buttons just tied to scenes or individual devices mostly.
  3. I have an isy994i with a serial PL modem. I had a button on an 8-button keypad programmed to execute an "all off" program that simply turned off each of the major living area lights so you could hit one button before going to bed. It worked fine forever. We were getting ready to move as we are selling the house, and I disconnected my router the night before we were going to move. I noticed that night that the "all off" button was not working although it had worked the night before. I couldn't set everything up again in order to diagnose or test it as we had packed everything at this point. I also had another switchlinc dimmer that was programmed to execute the "all off" program on double down click, and that didn't work either. All my other scene buttons worked fine on that (and other) keypads. I ended up removing the "all off" button keycap and replacing it with a blank one to sell the house since I didn't want people to think it was broken, and there was now no way to connect to the ISY with my computer to investigate. Is there some reason disconnecting the router/wifi/internet would cause a program to no longer function? The program was literally just a bunch of "turn scene/device off" commands. Thanks!
  4. Thanks -- Seems to be working now.
  5. Windows 10 ISY994i Firmware: 5.0.16 UI: 4.8.0 I downloaded the admin console file from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp and launched it and it created the ISY994 Administrator Console shortcut on my desktop. However, I am receiving the following error when I start it: The Details page shows this: Oddly, if I close the error windows and double-click the desktop shortcut again, it starts the admin console without the error. If I come back later and try to launch it, the error occurs again. I have cleared the Java cache but it didn't seem to help. I don't understand the message about the "JAR resources in the JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate". What can I do to resolve this issue? Thanks!
  6. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare device to play around with. It's not a big deal ultimately, as I am using the device from a custom web app, so I can just trigger it using an ON command regardless of its status. It just would have been more intuitive if it worked as expected...
  7. I installed an Insteon I/O Linc Garage Door kit that I bought on Amazon: Insteon Garage Door Control and Status Kit, 74551. It works fine, but I'm confused about the ISY setup. The wires are connected from the GDO to the IOLinc's COM and NO connectors. The wires from the door sensor are connected to the S and GND connectors. When I send an ON command from the ISY Admin Console or MobiLinc, it opens the door. Another ON command closes the door. OFF commands do nothing. In the ISY Admin Console -> IOLinc Relay -> Options, I set it to "Momentary A: Trigger by either On or Off". I also tried method B with the same results. The Momentary Hold time is set to 1 second. My interpretation of method A was that sending either an ON or OFF command would trigger the IOLinc similarly to pressing the button on the GDO control panel (i.e. closing the circuit for one second). Did I do something wrong or am I just confused about what the Momentary A option means?
