Where I am having the issue is that it won't update to the latest software hence why I figured it could not access the internet.

Hi Guys- For some reason I cannot enable internet access on my device. I even had this issue on the older 99i. What's weird is that it will sync with the internet clock, I can access it from my computer via my home network but I cannot enable internet access on the device. What am I doing wrong here? Screen shot attached...
