  1. Am I missing something? I use the "Delete Modem (PLM)" option in the admin console. It provides no feedback or errors. The next time I reboot ISY with the PLM physically disconnected, ISY boots into safe mode because it can't communicate with the PLM. The last Insteon device I had connected was removed over a year ago so there are no more Insteon devices configured with the PLM. ISY v 5.3.4
  2. I have a support ticket open but thought I'd update here as well. I've installed 5.3.1 and Google Home is still not working with my ISY.
  3. I did, but I don't see how that would have any impact on an iOS app from getting device status updates from my ISY.
  4. I have dozens of light switches, lamp dimmers and programs linked to google home via the isy portal. Been using this setup for two years, but now the device status has stopped updating in the google home app. I can still control the devices but they all just show "off". The only change that I can think of is I updated my isy to 5.1 the other day.
  5. Not sure what exactly the problem was, but I did a hard reset and re-added the IOLinc to my ISY and it seems to be working again.
  6. Been using an IOLinc for my garage door for a couple years now but my automations stopped working on it yesterday. The door opener still works when triggered from the admin console but the sensor status doesn't update unless I manually query it.
  7. Happened again this morning.
  8. I’m on iOS 14.2 but that was installed a while back. After opening the app and killing it I haven’t seen any battery usage from it.
  9. Found my battery nearly drained just now and agave was the culprit. Hasn’t happened before, no idea why it happened today. After finding out it was agave I opened the app and only had a black screen. Killed the app and it opened fine the next attempt.
