    Log in issues

    Doug VK posted a topic in ISY994

    Hello all, I have had the ISY994 for some time. It has worked well in the background for years. The original computer used to set it up has failed. I have a new Windows 11 laptop, and I can log into the ISY portal, and open the login page (ISY Finder, and Administrative logon) The credentials should be correct. When I go to logon, I get nothing. It only clears the logon data and goes back to the main page. Please advise if there is anything I should do to get logged on. I did a backup of the ISY many years ago and have found the backup file.
