    Update on this thread..
    I connected a monitor and keyboard, and noticed that Upgrade Packages had failed, and the following issues were seen on the controller:
    'ifconfig' showed that re0 network was not in the Active state, and this could be because the DHCP daemon failed to start. This explains why I could no longer locate the device on my router.
    Attempted to run start.win and that showed an error stating that libcrypto.so.111 could not be found. This also indicated a botched package update.
    Thanks to UDI support (Michel), I was able to flash a USB stick and restore the image on eisy with the latest version. Post this update, migration from ISY994, including Z-Wave devices, went smoothly.
