LAN. I tried a couple more times- all the same problems. I will open a ticket when my patience returns. For now it is back to the old version (since there was actually nothing wrong with that...). I DO appreciate the help and support though guys!

Thanks Geddy. But, to no avail. Your steps, followed to a tee, unfortunately did not change anything.

Insteon is not for the faint of heart...

I have the same situation- new Eisy and USB PLM. I created the 994 backup. I can open the admin counsel and the new Eisy but all options are grayed out, it is stuck on "system busy" in the tray below and none of the steps (like checking "insteon Support") in the manual have any effect. Ideas anyone?
