It is the newer dual band 2457D2 Dual Band model. I think you may be right. I have been doing some testing and it seems like it may be heat related. When I leave it unplugged for a while and then plug it back in it goes for several hours with no problems, then the blinking starts. I was just hoping maybe there was something I was missing other than it starting to fail. As I said in the post, it have had it for a few years, so it has worked well for quite some time, but it is still disappointing that it is failing.

I have a LampLinc module in my system (20 plus devices) that has randomly started to cycle on and off. It is not associated with any scenes other than my ISY-994. (Note, I do have the ISY-994 as part of a HomeAssistant install but have confirmed that no HA commands are being sent to the device. I use the standard ISY HomeAssistant integration). I have performed a factory reset of the device, deleted it from the ISY and re-added it. The cycling has continued. Note, there are no other devices plugged into the outlet with this device. There is a TV, SONOS device and a Wemo smart plug on the same circuit. They were all there prior to noticing the problem. The ISY log file for a cycling event is at the bottom of the post. My question is this: Is this just a failed LampLinc device (it is 5-10 years old) or is there something else I should be looking at).
