    Thanks, and yes, all those instructions were followed. Infact each time I launch the console I launch from https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp... and as said, the cache has been cleared multiple times (before launching). Let me read the log for 5.3.4 - I try and stay clear of none stable releases - so was really hoping for a way to fix my current install.

    So I have been having this issue for quite some time - and on multiple computers. I recently just formatted and rebuilt the PC, and still getting it. Yes I have cleared the java cache and the temp internet files. How do I fix this? Any help is appreciated... loading the admin.jnlp really sucks..
