  1. Thoughts of something like this.. Just received the v2.53i as well an looking into this converter that has a micro usb on the end so no need to solder anything... wire up to the 8500w battery similar to how ChuckBuilds did and then just plug the micro usb into the v2.53i... Also found a straight version micro usb vs. 90 degree too... trying to determine if one is better than other based on reviews.... there are a ton on Amazon.. curious what others have had success with brand / model wise since most probably come from same source mostly..
  2. I have one Insteon 2-wire 2474DWH switch at the end of a circuit that is a 2-wire with no neutral. I know the 2-wire doesn't work with LED's it can't turn them completely off based on its design but was curious if anyone has success found a resistor bypass solution that would allow the 2-wire insteon to turn off my LED light. There is no neutral in the light switch gang box but there is one in the light box for the LED porch light. Please advise anyone has successfully found a solution and one that wouldn't impact ISY signals. I am willing to try to see if I can use LED's otherwise this will be the only incandescence light in my entire house : )
  3. Running isy MyQ node server from goose on a nas. It can monitor garage door and you can can remotely to open, close set monitors like if after 10p and open for more than 2 hrs issue close or send email etc etc. I haven’t migrated to poly3
  4. Yes I have MyQ app, ISY with MyQ node for garage door. Wasn’t home but came home to open garage door. Looking at MyQ log i see it opened while I was away but the log doesn’t show the unique entry that shows it came from ISY command so as if it came from MyQ or manually. Security cams show no one around at that time.
  5. strange logs show no open cmd
  6. Is there any logs that would show what initiated to open my garage door when no one was home? Trying to figure out how my MyQ garage door randomly opened...
  7. Update: Existing setup: Hunter fan / light combo had GU24 bulb types Installed was 2 CREE Led bulbs that had a E26 to GU24 adapter Fix: I removed the CREE LED bulbs with GU24 adapter and installed FEIT LED bulbs that were GU24 native. No hum with low fan speed when turning light on and off I may buy the Philips warm bulbs to try in the GU24 adapters to see if that does it to determine if it is the Cree bulbs or maybe the GU24 adapter Thanks!
  8. Thanks... these are Cree bulbs but I will see about finding some Phillips models to try out. @MrBillare you referring to these Philips Warm glow bulbs?
  9. @MrBill So your thinking when the fan is running at low speed and the light is turned on or off, there is something unique with these bulbs that may be causing the hum issue to the fan motor? I will look for alternative bulbs to try
  10. We have 3 fanlinc's installed and there is one room that exhibits strange sound for 1 second when the light is turned on or off by the KPL AND the fan is running at low. If the fan is running a high, med, or off the "wum" sound does not happen The fan's on level for low is set to low. Any ideas?
  11. Would be awesome if someone could help write a nodeserver for the Shade Store Wireless hub aka Automate Pulse Hub v2 from Rollease Acmeda Lots of activity for various other automation solution here
  12. Can anyone figure out what triggered my device 2D.06.F7 around 12pm based on this log? 13. Any ideas why my Insteon Smart On/Off Plug-in Module, 2635-222 randomly turns on "maybe" once a month.. i'm going to start creating a log when the event happens but i'm struggling to figure it out. Unfortunately I didn't have logging level 3 enabled so I can't see what happened during night / early am that may have triggered it to turn on. I have done a factory reset on the device twice now to ensure it was wiped. The challenge is it maybe happens once a month but not consistent so troubleshooting is hard to reproduce. Other thoughts since most have resolved by a factory reset of the 2635-222?
