Check out this useful thread on IOLinc. I assume you use Momentary C with your garage setup? It won't trigger based on sensor with ISY. It only works with a direct input controller (i.e. manually linked with a keypadlinc button).

Hello! I noticed in many screenshots that device name or scene name were very long. My ISY994i only allows 29 characters at max. Anything beyond that is truncated. I couldn't find a setting that controlled it. Am I missing something? Thanks,
