  1. Hi all, I have a ring system successfully connected to my polisy pro, including a ring floodlight camera. I have the floodlight setup to turn on and off as part of a scene. This works correctly most of the time, however, occasionally I find that the light is off when the scene is on. My suspicion is that when motion is detected by the floodlight camera, the light timer takes over and shuts the light off when it expires due to no motion. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and if so, is there a successful fix or workaround? The only thing I have come up with is running a loop program that repeatedly turns the floodlight on every minute while the associated scene is on, and turn the floodlight off when the scene is turned off. thanks for any feedback.
  2. Upon further investigation, I have figured out the parameters associated with this, incluiding "OnTime" indicating how long a sensor will remain "on" once triggered. Follow up question... Is there a way to have a z-wave sensor send an event such as "sensor triggered" every time it happens without waiting for an extended period of time? The way I understand it, once a sensor is triggered (at least this HSM200), the ontime is only manageable down to a 1-minute granularity, and I am looking for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Hi all, Just got a zooz 700 stick working on my Polisy... now trying to connect a homeseer hsm200 to use as a simple motion detector. I am able to add the hsm200 to the z-wave network, and 7 items now show up in the ISY section of my admin console. They include Notify Sensor, Basic Control 2, Home Security Alarm, Motion Sensor 1, Multilevel Sensor, Color Switch, and Multilevel Switch. The problem I am running into is that I cannot get anything to report a simple trigger like motion detection. I simply want a motion detected to turn on an insteon light switch, but nothing seems to work. If anyone has a suggestion or experience with this, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks for any advice that is offered.
  4. Figured out the no UUID issue... indeed it was tied to my need to move to PG3x. That is now resolve and the system is stable. However, still no zooz stick recognition.
  5. Hi all, Wondering what I am missing here... Trying to get a zooz 700 stick working with my Polisy. When i plug in the stick and start up the polisy, I find that the system seems fouled up. No UUID is shown, the network info is missing... basically acts like the system is corrupted. Hoping I am missing something simple.
  6. Hi all, I am confused about getting Z-wave functionality on my Polisy. I have seen posts referencing adding a Zooz stick, and I have seen references to the use of a z-wave board. Can anyone tell me how I would get z-wave functionality on my polisy if I dont already have it? I do have a zooz 800 stick, but simply plugging that in does not have any effect. Thanks for any feedback .
  7. No luck with power removal for several hours.
  8. Firmware version is 5.4.X (based on my recollection). I cannot even get in to check as this thing is unresponsive. Reset button wont work either. I will remove power for an extended time and try again.
  9. Hi all, I have a weird situation where my Polisy goes to 1 light (left most) on after about 3 seconds of power, but never provides any tones and never gets an ip address. Furthermore, the button on the front does not seem to have any effect, so I cannot hold it to do a factory reset. Does anyone have any experience with this situation, and are there any other options or actions to get this thing reset? Thanks for any suggestions.
  10. Hi all, Wondering if i can get some advice with my 2442-222 micro module... I have it setup to control a powered awning. When it was controlled by the Insteon Hub, the app would allow for me to press and hold the "open" button to activate the switch. If I released the button, the switch would move to the off position. Same for the "close" function. I have just replaced the Insteon Hub with an ISY994, and am using the Mobilinc Pro app. I have found that tapping on the "on/open" button switched the module to on, latched. If I press the "off/close" button, it reverses the module to the other load line, latched. There does not seem to be a way to get the module to the true "off" position where neither load is getting power. Is this something that gets designated in the settings on the ISY, or does this seem to be an app limitation. Thanks for any feedback.
