  1. Arcadyan has very limited settings (no control over DHCP). I can see it in the list of connected devices and have no issue with getting admin console. I am not very tech savvy with networking. Arcadyan is 192.168.12.1 and 255.255.255.0 Deco 192.168.68.01 and 255.255.252.0 If I were to try setting a static IP again which subnet mask should I use? Default gateway?
  2. I am having trouble getting ISY admin console to load after switching to T-Mobile home internet. My setup: Arcadyan T-Mobile (192.168.12.1)-->Deco Mesh (in WiFi Router mode 192.168.68.1) When I have the ISY connected to the Arcadyan Gateway I am able to get the admin console to load but not when connected to the Deco. Auto DHCP is checked within the ISY admin console. When ISY is plugged into the Deco, I can see it on my network and the IP assigned directs me to the AJAX user interface. However, I am not able to get to the admin console. Clearing Java cache and doing all the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. I even reset the ISY but it will not show up when connected directly to the Deco only to the Arcadyan. I tried to set a static IP for ISY and restart, then plugged into the Deco without success. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

    Wrong Time Zone

Yes I am still on 300 series. The location is set to Phoenix, AZ, but the following day it changes to Los Angeles, CA. The NTP server is set as pool.ntp.org. I have been using it for years without issues. I will check on the power supply. It still doesn't explain why my password keeps changing back to admin.

    Wrong Time Zone

Every few days my ISY994 time zone changed to Los Angeles even after changing it back to Phoenix. I also noticed that my ISY console password kept changing back to the default password "admin". My ISY is on 5.0.16C.
  5. I'm not very tech savvy with this...what's strange is ALL my switches (>50) are ALL flashing red. There are none with exclamation points (the few that had exclamation points were disabled). Can this "link table" be rebuild without manually resetting each switch?
  6. Everything works but all switches and PLM flashes red. I have a backup PLM and plugging into an outlet also flashes red without connecting to ISY. Is there a defective Insteon device that can cause this to happen?!
  7. I am able to log into the ISY admin console and control all the switches (at least the ones I tested). Tools/Diagnostics/PLM shows "39.2.3F v9E / Connected".
  8. Please help! I came home from work and all my Insteon switches are flashing RED. I checked the PLM and it's flashing red also. I have not made any changes to my ISY994 in a long time.
