I provided the information to UDI and they quickly responded with clear instructions. A quick test of the voice control of a Z-Wave table lamp indicates all is well now, and Mobilinc is gone. I'm not anti-Mobilinc in any way, I just don't happen to have any use for it in my application. I appreciate the direction I got in the posts I got in this thread that lead to a quick solution. As I looked through the threads on this forum, I saw numerous posts from UDI folks that only one portal existed. What may have been changed in ISY since those posts were made is something I don't know. When I use the drop down menu, I get the message that ISY is not on-line. When I look at the "About" drop down, it shows the portal is being used by Mobilinc. I'm not a computer guy, so figuring this stuff out requires I take the most simple and direct route possible.

My understanding is that ISY has only one portal available. I want the simplest path possible from Echo to ISY. The more third party software involved, the more chance there is for things to go wrong when there are updates, etc. I use ISY as my Z-Wave controller and it is the best Z-Wave controller I have ever experienced. Flawless and stable as a rock. I also use Echo for voice control. Since I don't have any use for mobile access, it makes no sense to have a third party system such a Mobilinc in the mix. Right now, my voice control with Echo is non-functional since Mobilinc it locking up the portal.

I installed the Mobilinc module in my ISY which was a mistake on my part. Now I want to get it out so that my portal is freed up to allow me to get ISY functioning once again with Alexa. I don't use my ISY for anything mobile, so I have no need for Mobilinc. I have no idea how to go about getting it out and could use some guidance.
