I did the backup and restore procedure, that did not solve my problem. I did more searches on my Jasco ZW4104 switch I was trying to add and I found a post for a different Hub that I was able to make some sense of it. Here is what I did for the ISY. To Remove 1. Remove/Exclude a Z-Wave Device 2. Press and hold the button in the center of Lamp Module's front. 3. Plug the Lamp Module back into a outlet while holding down the button. 4. Release the button after the Lamp Module is plugged in. 5. Press release the button again 6. Press release the button a second time. To Add 1. Add/Include a Z-Wave Device Repeat steps 2 thru 6 Thanks for all your help. I had a better understanding on how to add a Jasco ZW4104.

Thanks. I see what I did wrong. I deleted them from the tree. What needs to be done now?

I started using z-Wave a couple versions back. Connected a few Jasco ZW4101 and all was fine. I went thru a couple new versions all was fine. Then I deleted the Jasco devices that I was not using ,and now I unable to add them back in. I currently don't have any Z-Wave devices connected. Can I just delete the Z-Wave and install again?
