  1. Recently, my Iox backup process has sped up markedly. What used to take a minute or more now flashes by more quickly than I can read the dialog box. An apparently valid backup file is created. The file size has increased from 520 KB of recent backups to 571KB. I tested a restore, and accept for the Z-wave module not responding after the reboot (requiring a power cycle to restore), all seems ok. This is an EISY, firmware 5.8.4. Has anyone else experienced this?
  2. I am currently also experiencing failure of EISY variables to trigger Alexa routines. It appears you are still addressing this. But I am also having email notification issues since last night (240501). Programs appear to be triggering the emails but they do not arrive. Sending a test email appears to execute but email does not arrive. Is this a related portal issue?
  3. Thank you for the clarification.
  4. Here you go. I blanked the PW for the screen shot but they appear to be accepted. Not visible here but Short Poll and Long poll are the default 30 & 240. Thanks for your help.
  5. I uninstalled and then reinstalled this Poly. Now only the base control node is being created. The Nodes for the specified variables are not being created. Can I force the poly to create the nodes for each virtual variable? I've tried restarting the Poly but no joy. I did notice in the log that the following error is happening during the startup: WARNING interface:db_getNodeDrivers: controller not found in database. Additional question: How do you create multiple variables of the same key/type? If I use Key 78 and a variable name, and then add another 78, with a different variable name, it only keeps the latter.
  6. I talked to customer support and they have addressed this issue in PG3x's latest release 3.2.20.
  7. I'm attempting to connect a Ring Mailbox sensor to my EISY. All software is at current releases. I followed instructions gratefully provided by @macjeff but am having an issue. I created a node in the Poly on Key 78 as shown in the documentation and connected ring to Isy via the Portal. The node name is Mailbox Active (see screen shot). When ring attempts to activate the virtual device, or when I attempt to turn it on in the Admin Console, the Poly returns an error saying the address/key (78) does not exist (see screen shot). What am I missing? THanks in advance for your help.
  8. Periodically, when attempting to sign in to PG3x, I get 2 responses: "Successfully signed in.." , immediately followed by Auto Sign-out due to delayed response from PG3". Restarting PG3 via rebooting the EISY or via the portal remote connection temporarily resolves the issue. Buy process of elimination, It appears this is happening due to the Blue Iris Poly. If I Stop this Poly, the problem goes away. I also tried deleting a number of the camera nodes (the one that appeared in the log to be most active), but no joy. I have tried reinstalling all the Nodes. It seems to take some time for the failure to occur, usually PG3 remains active for some amount of time, usually 1+ hours, but fails for sure overnight. Attached is a screen shot after relaunching PG3x. Thanks in advance for your guidance.
  9. Wow, that made a dramatic difference. Thanks SO MUCH! Is 512 MB optimum or will more continue to increase performance to some point?
  10. I have over 75 programs running on an EISY, version 5.7.0. I've noticed recently that clicking on the Program tab and completing the initialization process is taking 20 to 30+ seconds. Clicking from 1 program entry to another takes 3 to 5 seconds. Program revisions and updates are similarly delayed. In times past, these operations were almost instantaneous. I am also randomly experiencing errors, particularly if I leave the interface open for extended periods. See the attached screenshot. My system is an upgrade from the ISY994. Any guidance on what may be happening here? I'm awaiting a SSD to upgrade storage per Michael's latest blog post. I'm hoping this may help. THanks in advance for any assistance you might provide!
