Upgrading the modules appears to be what fixed it. I could have sworn that when I upgraded the firmware a few days ago to get the new Z-Wave/Zigbee updates that I upgraded the modules. Maybe I didn't. Anyhow everything appears to be working now. Thanks Jimbo and BMercier...

PG3x Version 3.1.36

I had the trial version working (at least installed) and I'm been trying to install the upgraded license. I've deleted the node server and reinstalled from PG3x. I've added my API key and the acknowledge of "I understand and agree". I've unplugged and rebooted the Polisy several times and I've reset the phone. Notifications will not connect. Any ideas?
