  1. Just started trying to migrate to my new Eisy with KDE Ubuntu. When I run the IoX Launcher it opens a window showing my old ISY994i or my new Eisy depending on what's plugged in. Clicking on the device Name (ISY Ver 5.3.4 or the new Eisy) shows lines offering Admin Console (LAN) or (Cloud). However, clicking on either produces no result. True for both devices. (The Admin Console opens properly when I try this on my iMac.) I'm using the latest Ubuntu 22.04.2 and the IcedTea Web from OpenJDK Java Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_362) The IoX launcher window becomes unresponsive after clicking either of the Admin Console offerings.
  2. Michel THANKS!! Discovered I had carefully read the instruction and set the "server" correctly but not the client. Everything linking now. Thanks for the help! Bill
  3. I just tried to connect my ISY994i to my Alexa. When I got to the step about telling the portal to connect to it I got the message that the ISY is not online. I checked with the admin console and even tried loging into the device on the local LAN, Both worked fine. The portal says the ISY in on firmware version 4.7.3. It also says that the ISY has been offline since last Thursday which is about when I updated to the latest firmware. I tried clearing the Java cache and even rebooted the ISY. No change. The error log doesn't seem to say much. If anyone has a suggestion I'd be grateful. Thanks, Bill J ISY Error Log.v4.7.3__Mon 2019.07.15 15.58.27.txt
