    To help manage heating costs, this program will allow for a slight increase in temperature and then changes the set-point back down. The 'heat' mode is needed to prevent the set-point from changing if the thermostat is in cooling mode or off.     I found this program for updating thermostat temperatures without the 2-3 degree change. The 20 minute update seems to work fine for my needs.
