If anyone has suggestions or a solution that would be much appreciated. In a nutshell the issue is that the Alexa app will not re-discover the Insteon devices in my the home network. After the ISY was restored from being offline and also from the Portal account not being active, the Alexa app listed all Insteon devices but said they were unresponsive. I then removed them from Alexa with the hope of adding them back but Alexa evidently doesn’t think they are new and so won’t discover them. As a result, we’re unable to control any Insteon devices through Alexa now. Any thoughts on how to reset Alexa to discover the existing devices? I have unlinked ISY Optimized for Smart Home V3 and relinked a couple of times now. Deleted and reinstalled the Amazon Alexa app… All met the same results. Would creating a new account on the Alexa app help? I don’t want to compound the issue by having duplicate accounts but willing to try most anything. I tried to add devices manually and found it odd that Insteon was not a listed device manufacturer (example for switches) so that effort met a brick wall as well.
