    My Insteon hub died

    I received and returned the "paperwork" for a hub replacement. Just needed to email my proof of purchase and a picture of the label on the bottom. They are shipping a replacement, no charge, and I don't have to ship the old one back. I guess they figure it costs more to repair than COGs to build a new one.

    Maybe I can fix it. I'll pop it open before dumping it into the e-waste. Sounds like it might be "Chineseium" electrolytic capacitors.

    No big, mainly used it for Alexa voice commands and this is motivation to replicate that functionality with my ISY994. The problem is, how do I remove it from the other Insteon devices? Any switch that still references the hub blinks red each time I use it. I removed the hub from the ISY tree, but is there a way to update all other Insteon devices on the network without touching each one?
