Well, it hasn't worked for a while and I was just sick of it today so I fully erased the EISY and restored it and everything came back online I just had to fix some Z wave door locks, but it's working again fully Thank you all for trying to get me the help I needed to get this fixed, but I think it was too far gone and there's no way of getting all the systems back up and running with the Insteon, Zwave the Zigby.... So I needed just to clean it out and start over...... This file of all my devices and everything started with day one the very first universal devices 994 you could buy..... This file is very very old over decade

I want to reach out because Im still have no luck with my EISY working with IoX 5.8.3 is not connected. What m I missing ... thank u

Hello brain trust I want to reach out again I still have no luck with my EIS. Why working? It still shows that my IoX Version: 5.8.3 is not connected. Can anyone please help me get this fixed because it's wreaking havoc with programs and you not working

Thank you for that information and yes, I’ve done that a few times with no luck and have rebooted my system and then done it again with no luck. This all happened after I did the update FYI.

Hello, this is been a concern since we switched over to Polygot 3 where the Hue will work for a couple of months and then it won't be able to find the bridge. I'll do everything under the sun and then randomly it will work for a while and then it breaks again. Can you please shed light on exactly why this is happening or how we can fix this because I know I'm not the only person this is happening to.. Hello, I am using an Apple with Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81)

All of a sudden, I cannot login to my EISY what am I missing? I download the start file with. no luck. I've also reinstalled my JavaScript after fully deleting it, and still, I cannot get into my EISY. Thanks for the help coming

Well, I have some good news. I rebooted the ESY today and my Hue magically start working again after two months of not working. Thank you all for your help and suggestions that I kept trying over and over with no luck but I'm glad it finally works again. this is important because I have a special-needs daughter that is blind in a wheelchair and we have to have the lights working for my wife in healthcare givers.

Since I upgraded to Polyglot 3x, my node server no longer is able to see the Hue and can't connect to the bridge. When is the updated node server version coming or is it DEAD not not being developed for PG3 anymore. FYI.... I went to Best Buy and bought a brand new Hue bridge to see if that was the problem and it was not. The problem have changed my network and plugged it directly into the router. It's not the problem, I have I've cleaned out all my programming and started fresh on EISY side and on Hue website side and I've talked to Hue and no one seems to figure out what happened...
