I could go two ways with this. I want to create a program called "away" and have certain lights and actions happen while I'm "Away". The "Home" button would turn off "Away". The Home button woill have a green color and the away will be red. Or I could have the KPL buttons activate another On/Off Switch. Could not figure out how to do this in programing the Keypad.

I Apologize if this is in the wrong spot, let me know and I'll repost it correctly. Newbie question: I have a 6 Button Keypad Linc 2487S I would like the C and D buttons to be mutually exclusive. If I press C then C would be on and D would be off If I press D then D would be on and C woiuld be off. I know this should be simple but I just cannot get it working. 😡

I am trying to add an Insteon 2334-232 6 Button Keypad to my EISY. Message comes up: The following device could not be added 58.80.94 - Cannot determine Insteon Engine I've tried autodiscover; Using Manual the 2334-232 is not listed so I tried using the 5 button 2334 and tghe 8 button. differnt outlets; tried resetting the switch Not sure what else to do?

I'm trying to set up UD Mobile for ISY access when I am away from home. I have my portal account set up, the access licence is registered and the portal registered in the Admin Console. When I try to test the remote connection settings (WiFi off and on 4G) it tells me "System must be saved". I click on "Save" and it tells me I'm connected to "a network related to the local system connection..." I Click on "Continue" and nothing happens. Fairly sure I'm missing something. (Probably Simple)

I have installed a Insteon garage door controller and status kit on my garage door, It has a sensor to indicate weather the door is open or shut. I have installed a and a 6 button keypad link (2487S) in my entryway. I created a scene called "Garage Door Status" and added the sensor and the Keypad Link button "B" to it as controllers. The "B" button LED comes on when the door is open. (Sensor On) I would like the "A" button to come on when the door is closed (Sensor Off) AND if possible set the buttons (Either "A" or "B") to give a momentary pulse to the garage door opener to control the door. Ideally i would like to a button to only work when the door is closed and the "B" button to only work when the door is open.

Upgraded my isy to 5.3.0 and installed UD Mobile on my phone. When I installed UD Mobile I had a bunch of errors (see 1st attachment). I also cannot control any of the devices in my system. (See second attachment). I'm sure this I'd just dumb newbie error. Help.
