    7-zip also worked for me also. The default Window compression utility showed nothing in the inside zip file, but opening with 7-zip I see the backup. Thanks so much! Mystery solved. Dave

    Getting ready to replace my old inherited-with-the-house ISY99i device with a new 994. When I run a backup of the existing unit, it creates a zip file, that contains a zip file. When I open that zip file inside the zip file, it shows nothing in it - but is 24K in size. Is this expected behavior? I want to be sure there is something actually in the file(s) that can be restored to the new unit! Thanks for any help.
