    Error in trying to install certificate on ISY

    I'm trying to connect my ISY to the ISY Portal. I requested a certificate for the 30 day trial period. I'm following instructions on how to install it. Via the console, I go to Help > Add Modules When I do that, I get a message saying: Would you like to proceed with the following Module action? ISY Portal (21075) -- To Be Installed If I click Yes, I get an error that says: "TCP client resource moved [UDI-MM]" What do I do next? The ISY is running Firmware Insteon_UD994 v.4.6.2 and the UI is Insteon_UD994 v.4.7.5 The product is ISY 994i (1120) - OpenADR (21010) It shows Internet access "Disabled" I tried enabling internet access via the File menu on the console and that leads to "Failed enabling Internet access"
