Thanks DennisC for the steps which I have followed to the letter but still not seeing it in the IoX Launcher. I can see my eisy in my network and can also SSH to it, so I give up Hopefully I can get a resolution via my open ticket.

Hi Dennis, It doesn't show up im the IoX list anymore (it did when I first got it with version 5.4.5), just my ISY994i and also I have tried to add it manually to IoX using both 8080 or 8443 ports see attached image. I can see it in my network and can also access it via SSH. I have tried everything, Power button 10 times, SSH updates, power down, clear Java cache, downloaded start.jnlp multiple times, you name it... and I have read as many forum questions related to this issue as I could find. I opened a ticket yesterday, but any insights would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Bobby g, did you get answers on how to reset it? I got my eisy 2 weeks ago and was able to see it in IoX but after it apparently updated I can't see it in IoX and can only reach it via SSH. The factory reset does not seem to work for me. BTW I also opened a ticket yesterday and waiting to hear back Thanks
