    Cannot enable internet access after 2.8.16 firmware upgrade

    Help! My ISY99i was working fine over the internet until I upgraded to the new firmware v2.8.16. Now when I select "Enable internet access" on the Admin Console File menu, I get a message saying "Failed Enabling Internet Access." I did not change my Router (a NetGear WNDR3700) or any of its settings, and UPnP is still enabled there. The internal IP address of the ISY has not changed, and is still permanently assigned in the router. What should I do next?
