Just added Ecobee plugin to Eisy Polyglot and never received a PIN to connect to my Ecobee account. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. No PIN. Tried to download error log and received file not found message. IoX log shows the following:- 2024-08-19 15:19:55.335 [pg3] info: Is client running? /var/polyglot/pg3/ns/0021b90268f9_1/logs/debug.log does not exist. 2024-08-19 15:19:56.692 [pg3] info: Downloading log package for nodeserver 00:21:b9:02:68:f9_1 2024-08-19 15:19:56.693 [pg3] error: downloadLog: Error: File not found: /var/polyglot/pg3/ns/0021b90268f9_1/logs/debug.log Any suggestions? Both Alexa and UD Mobile are down. Portal sign in gives 500 error.

Same here. Alexa not seeing ISY, asks to restart skill, Mobile app not working, can't log in to Portal (500 error)
