  1. I've done that but adding another uuid doesn't show the second ISY online. I assume thats because I have to purchase a second portal module to connect. I seem to recall a post regarding one portal module covering multiple ISY's under the same account. Looking to confirm or refute that. Thanks
  2. I've purchased the portal module and connected to my main ISY. I'd now like to add a second ISY on the account. Do I need to purchase another portal module? Also, the portal warns of a subscription fee staring in Jan for more than one ISY. How much will this fee be? Thx
  3. Michel, can you give an example of what you are referring to as "utterances" on the list you submitted? Thanks
  4. The log is only showing that Alexa acts on the word "kitchen"Even when it hears "kitchen cans" it turns "kitchen" (a separate light) on/off. It doesn't seam to understand "pendant" or "cans". When it it heard turn on "family room spots" it responds with "can't find family room" dropping the word "spot" Do you see something different?
  5. Interesting... "Kitchen" is the only word that appears to be working for me too
  6. Mixed results here. Turn on "kitchen" works. Turn on "table" doesn't despite the fact that Alexa heard the correct thing each time. Does ISY need a refresh when changing spoken words? I'm already telling Alexa to refresh izzy after a change
  7. Great exposure. What app is shown in the first picture?
  8. A security research firm has found that three top-selling smart home automation hub products available on Amazon put households at risk... Any speculation on the devices this article is referring too? http://www.cbronline.com/news/mobility/security/smart-home-hubs-put-families-at-risk-of-attacks-4638463
  9. I just Deleted and Re-added all 25 devices. Not too difficult - just a lot of "system initialization" and "system busy" time. Programs work fine. I lost scene memberships but having the previous topology as reference, replicating scenes was straight forward. All devices now show the E2 01 in the device link table. Thanks again for the help.
  10. Thanks Lee. Is there any way to preserve device references in programs? I assume that once a device is deleted, any programs listing the device would be automatically modified to reflect the missing device. If this is the case, would an export of the program and then a re-import after the device is reinstalled work? Thanks again.
  11. Good Morning Guys, The Address of the PLM is 34.E7.FD Here is a Device Link Table from a SwitchLinc Relay v.28 that does not show level 3 communication 0 : 0FF8 : A2 00 34.E7.FD FF 1F 01 1 : 0FF0 : 00 01 2A.A1.DF FF 1F 01 And here is a Link Table from and Icon Relay Switch with similar issues: 0 : 0FF8 : A2 00 34.E7.FD FF 1F 01 1 : 0FF0 : A2 03 07.DC.AE FF 1F 00 2 : 0FE8 : A2 03 07.E6.F8 FF 1F 00 3 : 0FE0 : 00 00 00.00.00 00 00 00 And here is a table from a SwitchLinc Dimmer that does show communication events 0 : 0FF8 : A2 00 34.E7.FD FF 1F 01 1 : 0FF0 : E2 01 34.E7.FD 01 00 01 2 : 0FE8 : 00 00 00.00.00 00 00 00 I suspect that at one point (2 yrs ago) I may have deleted the PLM while replacing a unit. If this is the case, is the only way to rebuild the system to delete and re-add each non-communicating device? Brian, How do I perform a communications test specifically on the Access Points? I got 2 V2 2443's Thanks!
  12. The problem has reoccurred. Most of my devices were not showing any communications traffic so I assumed the PLM was failing. I replaced a V 1.B PLM with a new v2.1 PLM, powered the PLM first and then the ISY, restored the PLM. I still have the same problem; most of my devices do not show any level three communications yet they all show up after a query. All the programming and scenes work fine and manual links all respond correctly. I've tried a factory reset of some devices combined with a restore device and still no comms. I suspect that this has been going on for some time. I just failed to notice the lack of status updates since I don't usually care what the state is displayed as I'm assuming the links have been corrupted for awhile so a restore from backup is not practical. Does this seem like an issues with corrupted links? If so, what is the best way to rebuild my system? I've got a lot of time invested in programming and I would hate to lose that work. Thanks for any help Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. All appears to be working correctly. I did a factory restore to the PLM and then file/restore devices. Now the PLM link table shows almost 500 links and the device states update instantly when locally switched. PLM is not defective. Thanks for the comments and help Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks Brian. But now I'm curious; What function does "file/delete modem (PLM)" serve and when is it required? If the PLM ID is removed from each device is there no way to re-write this information other than a restore from backup? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
