    Sorry, my mistake! It was https://smarthome-products.com/. I thought I got that link off of Universal Devices directly but now I don't see it. It looks like I may have made the mistake of using the wrong site. I'll see what I can cancel.

    Hello, I am a new ISY user and I ordered the INSTEON 2413S from smart-homeproducts.com (this seems to be where most get their parts from, correct?). However that was back on Jan 4th and it still shows as not yet shipped. I've tried filling out their web form, emailing, and calling (no answer/voicemail). Normally I would consider this a scam site but it seems like a lot of people that get the ISY order from them.... Has anyone had this kind of experience with them or is anyone aware of something that has changed recently? Thanks!
