    Mr Bill, Great name lol, been a few minutes since that. Yes, the finder comes up empty, I will try to manually enter the IP address before calling in. Thanks

    I did edit my security preferences in JAVA to allow isy.universal....... the ISY Finder still comes up empty. I have to go out of town, pretty frustrated. I believe the problem is in my router, had a similar problem once with a thermostat. I'm just going to have to call technical service I think. Thanks for your help

    Help! I just plugged in my 994i for the first time. I purchased an insteon modem and have it plugged into port A, the network plugged directly into my comcast modem. I have a windows 10 machine with a brand new version of JAVA installed. I installed ISY finder and the icon shows up on my desktop, executes fine but will not locate my interface

  3. Adjust your preference.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
