    New ISY994iZW - blinking Memory + Error lights - no idea what to do with it !

    I’m new to the product. Purchased it 2 years ago and never used it until now – Samsung SmartThings has obsoleted their hub and I’m not willing to pay for a new one, then I remembered I had the ISY ! Unboxed it, fired it up, updated the firmware to 4.9. All went well. Then I decided to reset password and not sure what happened – so I had to do a password reset. That worked. Then I decided to add a Zwave device, but it couldn’t ‘see’ it, so I powered it off and moved it to another switch in my home closer to the zwave device. That’s when I got the Memory+Error slow blinking. Tried a factory reset – it appeared to reset then it eventually went back to the slow-blink Memory+Error lights. What do to ?
