Eisy not responding to button commands, no longer connects to portal for polyglot3 and will not clear message to request updates no matter how many requests and restarts. But it still runs ISY and responds to that. Connection refused for putty. Polyglot connection began to be flaky and now sits and does nothing at logon request or randomly comes up with http connection failure reason unknown. Portal sees configuration as OK? Portal shows ISY connected. Also keeps asking for package update but nothing actually happens when it goes away and is left to update. Seem to have started this following 5.5.7 update (that's if it actually happened). Fear not many power off/on cycles at well spaced time intervals were futile. Can't reset it and can't update it and yes have tried all reasonably sane methods to shake it loose to respond. Really? I would appreciate some assistance with how to get this resolved. Regrettably I'm not the required geek. Eisy is not on the list for using ticket system or I would have put in a ticket?
