    Bought a house that was ISY equipped - and having all sorts of issues

    I had him disconnect the UD module and turn it all off so I could do this piece by piece. He split time between his house in CT (which I bought) and Florida (which is why he set up all these remote features so he could control the house while away). There are a couple of things that I can't even turn on and I'm not sure if that is because of the UD controllers. So now I'm trying to set up the system and I'm stuck. I downloaded the app and plugged the UD controller into the router but am not getting any joy. Don't really understand what to do next. Also - keeps asking me about setting up a remote URL - have no idea to do this. Sorry - newbie here, but tech savvy and want to figure this out. Just lost.
