Bingo! the conditions on the Folder were introduced unintentionally somehow and removing them instantly fixed the issue. I do not remember reading anything about it but it does make sense if one has Global restrictions on every Program.

New Clue: The programs list has the "New Program" (test) under Folder My Programs and there is a If Sun, Tue, Thu 5:00 am condition on the folder for my irrigation program. So the condition is the specific under New Program as well as the folder program. So should this be in a folder with no conditions or is there a way to make the folder "no condition" and have the specific program in a folder rule the condition?

I used UD Mobil to turn an and off and then I ran the Program. I have more data now, not sure how to interpret it. The target test device is 17.E3.CD, but the light did not go on after running "Then"

After Migration from Isy 994 to Isy on Polisy 5.4.3, my Programs I imported will not run when an "IF" condition is met (at Sunset or a specific test time to diagnose as example below. After manually testing an existing scene and confirming that it runs: If the scene is the "Action" of the program the scene will not run. I am looking for ways to diagnose why the "Action" does not execute. I viewed the event log while the test time approached and passed there was no communication. I have verified the program is enabled. This is an issue for my irrigation program running 8 valves starting at 4:00 am. Any ideas on how to track this?

Thanks I think I am up to speed now. I was confused because Kasa Smart Plug did not show up with the other Kasa Controller Devices. Also some bulbs, though like the other Kasa devices added in Kasa iPhone App, but not powered did not show up. I will physically install those bulbs to see if they show up.

I have been trying to migrate from Isy 994i to Isy running on Polisy so I can remove my dependency on the many Insteon devices that operate unreliably and fail without warning. Kasa was mentioned as a valid option which motivated me to go in the Polisy and node server choice. I just received a sample selection of switches and outlets from Kasa to experiment and installed two devices. I had loaded the KASA Node server on Polisy and configure 01 Kasa node server shows(see attached screen shot). I do not know how to proceed to see my new devices on Isy and to interact with scenes or programs. Is there documentation on this to avoid my reckless button pushing that's sure to ruin things.

I have a phase coupler on my electrical service panel and I am using the same power outlets I used with my Isy 994i and did not experience line noise issues. I am moving power sources to the PLM and Polisy around and will try factory reset as well as Motion Sensors that have never been installed. Will report if I can discover anything.

I am going through the process of migrating from my Isy 994i to Polisy. Due to my sudden failure of the 2413 PLM connected to Isy994i, I was forced to use an USB PLM to Polisy. I as able to acquire an USB PLM on line and connect to my new Polisy USB Port, so I can run Isy on Polisy and communicate with my Insteon devices. Having lost my connectivity to my Insteon and the hope of automagically uploading all of my devices, scenes and programs, I had to manually add my old network using an old "Generate Topology" report from Isy and use this as my checklist. The process was patchy as to old and newer Insteon devices not being able to add with the dreaded "Can not determine Insteon Engine" message. I have several outlets and switches as spare so those were not critical, however the relatively new Motion sensors failing was a surprise and an issue as a lot of my old scenes and programs use these to create an event. Caveat: I am using the exact power source locations and placement of Polisy in respect to my network switch as I did with my Isy 994i device where the Motion Sensors were connected. I have started the recommended solution of moving devices to eliminate "polluted" power sources to see if I can get the motion sensors connected. Has anyone experienced any success with adding Motion Sensor 2 2842-222 or getting around the "Can not determine Insteon Engine" condition.

Did you also notice Amazon is selling the Insteon Plug in Dimmer at 25% premium at $65 over Insteon at $50!

I noticed that the only Lamp Dimmer/Lamp On/Off plug in devices are the old promotional versions of their Lamp Linc and the older footprint is not in their line anymore and yet it is $50 at Smarthome and $65 at Amazon! I have lost the use of 6 2456D3 Appliance/LampLinc modules and 3 Exterior ApplianceLinc Modules. I am trying to simplify my network and not have a disjointed array of brands, technologies and controllers. Is there a ISY friendly plug in outlet device out there that I can use rather than add $500 + to my Insteon Pain?

Still unable to track why EZ Rain module is the only device not responding. Manually irrigation works, so I ruled out mechanical. I have not jump wired the selonoid valve to make sure my power is ok. I did remove EZ Rain and tried to reinstall but got "Colud not open cofig file to read [/config/ff0102.??/]. On a previous effort when I selected erase previous and write new, it told me it could not find the link and could not continue. I movd both the PLM and EZ Rain mod to other outlets with extension cord to diagnose but no success.

You are correct w/ the Grn 01010, the distance to the plm has only changed vertically, EZ Rain and the pc/nETHub PLM was connected to was 30 feet accross the kitchen now it is 30 ft plus the 10 ft to get to the office. I will try these and report. Thanks

I am having trouble communicating w/EZ Rain through Izy, whereas I was able to a month ago. There has been chages yo my setup so I am not surprised but confused to diagnose and fix the issue. I have changed ISP so my IP addresses have changed and I edited all that When I first go to the admin console and sign on I am getting several Cannot Communicate with Name and Address Please check connections. Those devices also have an "!"next to them on the My Lighting list. If I OK through all the warning pop ups and try to "restore" any of the "!" devices I get a system busy progress bar where the program goes through every device, not just the one picked and list an error message Socket open failed, Java.Net.Socket Timeout Exception. If I go to manual control of the listed devices I can controll all but E-Z-Rain. The scheduled or daylight event based programs except irrigate works. I am not sure how to proceed with an orderly diagnosis. Is there a way to poll an individual device and try to see if there is communication?
