Thanks. I don’t have a Ring security system. Bought them after watching a review on them (of course it wasn’t an ISY specific review). Guess that was a waste…lesson learned.

I bought some Ring contact sensors for triggers on door and window status before reading this thread.... Are you saying the only way to get the "open/closed" functions to work is to use Home Assistant?
