oops, should've included that: FW is UD994 v5.0.16 UI is UD994 v4.7.3 product is: ISY 994i PRO, OpenADR, Zwave do i need updates?

a few weeks ago, i went to modify one of my programs, and discovered that many of my programs are missing, at least in the console. i keep three folders for organization: basics, evening, and morning. my programs in basics are still there, but nothing shows up in morning or evening. They programs are still on the device, and running; lights are going on and off. in the java console, i see these: D2D Parse error: D2D_UNEXPECTED_TAG_IN_THEN, tag=cmd, num=T_CMD, nest=3, parent=then, state=T_THEN, data= Any ideas on how to fix? or even clear all the programs from the ISY-944 without losing all of my device info? thanks!
