    Is my device bricked?

    When I turn on my device, I only get the blue power light on the front and the solid blue light at the back next to Port A. I cannot see the device on my router and I have tried using the iox finder with no luck. I tried to do a factory reset (holding down the reset button for 30 seconds) and it is not working. None of the status lights on the front are lighting up. I tried replacing the power source with a known working 12v device. I also removed and reformatted the SD card. Any ideas?
