    INsteon switch will turn on or off according to program and switch LED. however the lights will not come on. if I manually turn switch on or off the lights follow the switch. Only from the program does the switch not function correctly. I have deleted everything and rewrote still nothing. i have tried a new switch also. Thanks Mark
