Thank you, Yes, I am late the party Things were working quite fine for what we needed done, and I put some advanced ideas on hiatus (motion sensor, ...) was happy we gained voice control with v2 and then did not touch it. Until the repeat issues with the serial PLM + 994. So Migrating to Polisy + USB Insteon ... seemed the best option forward. ... Thanks @MrBill Thank you! Thank you! It was the top right corner profile with drop down thing having the old uuid !!! Alexa did find all the devices and voice command entry ... that's the strange part. I guess I got lost in the forest or maybe it didn't save ... What a relief that's sorted too. Now I can create more entries, rediscover, ... ?

@Michel Kohanim I really hate to bug you one more time, but I appear stuck with this exact error ... which should be the final step in my migration. Had the 994i with serial PLM + Alexa app and ISY V2 skill ... and a handful of voice commands I thought I did all the steps as far as the wiki, Portal linked. Alexa removed all devices, removed v2 skill, installed v3 skill, did device discovery ... now finding myself retrying and trying to figure out what might be wrong. The devices are listed as devices in Alexa app. Through the portal I created a new voice entry ... (fountain) Tried Alexa tech support, but they insisted I needed the Insteon skill ...

Yes, direct ISY lan/cloud access through the isy launcher works with admin/admin.

Took the plunge. Moved from ISY 994i + Insteon Serial PLM to Polisy + USB Insteon Michel expertly solved my Polisy startup issue and helped me on my way, remotely. Now, I have a couple devices that don't seem to take the " write updates to device ". Two are like in the next room over, one is mid range, one is farther out on the driveway. I can turn these on/off or fast on/fast off just fine, and the write devices does communicate, but remains ... I am hoping somebody can help interpret this log, where I query, on, off, write updates ... And maybe has some insight how to get these updated properly.

I hope it is OK to ask this question here. Brand new to Polisy, and only armed with general understanding of ISY stuff. I am moving from 994 and failing Insteon Serial PLM to Polisy + USB PLM Michel expertly fixed my Polisy startup issue - thank you again ! - and got me on my way. Now when I log on via a browser to the Polisy: there's this alert box: And when I check under settings, there's three sections, and the user and password are in there where needed. Which puzzles me, and I can't readily find how to fix that.
