    Success!!
    With Michel's help, this was solved by deleting the NS, removing it from IoX, logging off PG3, and then reinstalling.  I had done this a couple times, but left off the step of logging out of PG3 before reinstalling.

    Nevermind.  It took a couple restarts, but I'm up and running!

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
