Thank You that worked. Still don't understand how power failure changed username and password. Also changed port back to 80. But got in and changed login and port back, Now just have to get wireless working.

Ok today i rebooted everything then checked on some stuff. all my programs are running that are time based. It's the wireless that's not working. I can find it on the network and is connected in the portal. It's on the network with the right address, I can see it. Link to start up video below It just will not take my login info to access the console. I don't understand how login info changed. Any thoughts how to get in without wiping everything?

Had a power failure last night was out till around noon today. I noticed my motion sensors aren't working so i tried to login to the isy and keeps telling me Failed. Retry Authenticating My Lighting. What could be messed up? No matter what i can't login. Thanks

It says expired 8/1/2019 I got Polisy 12/2019 and it comes with 2yrs subscription of portal. Guess i need to check with UDI Support why it is gone. Thanks

I got the portal add on when i purchased Polisy, Logged into portal it says access license is not active. I can not find where subscription is? I have emails from before when i had it but not since i purchased polisy. Over the weekend Google stopped controlling lights and i found isy didn't have internet enabled. Not sure how it changed over the weekend. I enabled internet access and trying to set up ud mobile and it keeps failing. Is it failing cause of the access license is not active?

My portal expired couple days ago. I did order a Polisy PRO that comes with 2 years of the portal. does anyone know if i renew it now will the 2yr start after the year of my renewal? trying to decide if i renew if it'll be only covering the 2 months till i get the Polisy PRO or will i end up with full 3 years from date of renewal. @giesen the plm is about a year old. I need to fiqure out how to test the plm's i have about 8 of them and not sure which 1's work.

well finally after few resets it started working. went back and checked and back in march when it started acting up and posted error log it was said possibly memory card. I'm gonna replace it but can't find where it list the sizes that can be used. the smallest i have is a 64gb. Will it work in the Isy?

I have had my Isy running for years but in the last yr or so it would just stop working with error led on. a reboot and worked again. tonight same thing couple lights didn't turn on and when i checked it only the power led was on. so tried logging in the isy launcher and it couldn't find it. i don't remember address so logged into network to check the address it says last seen about an hr ago. I tried logging into that address and nothing so i rebooted the isy. usually the lights only flicker for a few seconds on startup but now the stay on for a while then the error light came on and blinked. not sure if i have a recent backup i usually don't think about the isy since it just runs. might have 1 from when plm was replaced 6 months ago. Can i just do a backup and replace the card? Thanks

i just found the error log, Not sure what it means but the date starts around Christmas. everything is just run together in a text file is there a way to sort it? also heres some of there errors the Hi Michel, It was just the memory light the last time i reset it. I don't remember times before that. Just when my bathroom or laundry motions don't work i was just unplugging it to reset. Didn't pay attention to the lights thought maybe a fluke. Yesterday my blinds didn't close and outdoor lighting didn't execute. blinds 1/2 hr before sunset and lights at sunset. I checked there was no error lights. but i used the mobile linc app and run the programs and everything worked.

My systems been in for years working fine except losing the smarthome device and having to replace. But for the last month or so i notice motions not running and check the Isy and find the red led blinking. reset power to it and everything works again for a day maybe up to a week then happens again. Is that a sign of the memory card going bad? What should i look for? Can i just change it? or is there certain steps to follow? searching i found it to be memory but it doesn't do it all the time.
