  1. Alrighty, figured it out. was an MX850 thing codes set 289 does work, just a little funky getting it into the program. Next question is? is there any way to add multiple buttons at one time, seems very arkward having to press the set button every and run through the add button everytime. I am in the middle of adding 20 buttons and it is a bit of a PIA thanks
  2. Has anyone used Unviversal remote control MX-850 with ISY 99 and Irlinc 2411R- i have the 2411 working with the isy and the credit card remote- can't seem to get it working with the MX850. The 2411 manual say to use nec code set 289 but i can't find it in the 850 dataset, I have ,learned a few buttons but major pia and i'd rather start with the right codes. thans Les,
  3. Thanks guys, I have the led turned off I was hoping to be able to dim it like you can on the icons
  4. Hi Everyone, I have a bunch of controlincs, just added one next to the bed. The LED indicator is way to bright other than a piece of black tape is there anyway to control the led brightness. Thanks Les
  5. Hello, just spent the past few hours search the forum for some detailed info on how to interpret the code in the event viewer and log file. My log file and event viewer are getting loaded with X10 Status requests Thu 12/02/2010 09:03:58 PM : [X10-RX ] 02 52 FF 80 Thu 12/02/2010 09:03:58 PM : [ X10] J10/Status Request (10) and I can not for the life of me figure out where they are coming from, I do not have any x10 transmitters in the house and just reconnected my old x10 PZ signal blocker at the panel. I do have a TED energy detective that I know can cause issues, I disconnect that last week and am still getting the same log entries every few seconds. I also have a few x10 plug in modules being control through simple isy programs. It is driving me crazy, over the weekend I am going to start shutting one ckt at a time unti till it stops but if the event viewer could give some hints it would be helpfull Is there an index of the event viewer format ? thanks X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:41:52 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:41:54 PM System Log X10 J Status = On ( Tue 2010/11/30 06:42:08 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:42:21 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:42:24 PM System Log X10 J Extended Code (9) Tue 2010/11/30 06:42:44 PM System Log X10 J Status = off (2) Tue 2010/11/30 06:42:58 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:43:57 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:44:29 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:44:29 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:44:59 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:45:18 PM System Log X10 I Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:45:19 PM System Log X10 J Status Request (10) Tue 2010/11/30 06:45:33 PM System Log
